Hi everyone! My name is Stuart. I am married to Laura and we have a two-year-old son called Judah! I currently work as a Project Trainer for the Covid-19 Vaccine Booking Service. As you can imagine, I am kept very busy in this role in the middle of a global pandemic! As a family, we love adventures, holidays, spending time with friends and family and escaping when we can to explore new corners of this amazing world which God has created. We look forward to continuing this when normality is finally restored and Coronavirus is a thing of the past. As a family we seek to do the will of God in our lives and allow the Holy Spirt to guide us. We have a family motto – “Love the lost, encourage the church and follow the call of God in our lives no matter where this may lead us.” Little did we know, God would really test us on this and our testimony sheds light on times where we have had to cling onto God, ask Him what he was doing and just allow Him to lead even when we didn’t know where the next step was. Grab a coffee with Laura and me and we will fill you in on our story! We joke that we could write a book, but I often tell Laura we would have to write at least two, to cover even the tip of the iceberg of what God has done and is doing in our lives. We joined Towerview Church in October 2018 and have made this place our home. We love the church, the people, the community and how we can find freedom in our worship and the way we serve God. Judah loves his friends at church and prays every night for the pastor, leaders and congregation! He loves the music and isn’t scared to make noise because he is welcome in a church that delights in seeing a future generation excited about Jesus. As a newly appointed CMC, I am excited to gain more ministerial experience under the leadership of Kathie and Ivan and wisdom from my mentor. I am also excited to keep building relationships with people inside and outside of our church and connecting others with the love of Jesus. Laura and I have a wealth of experience in ministry roles within church and have a real passion for school’s ministry.
